High Tide
Our latest venture, High Tide, opened in April 2026 as our Seafood & Wine Bar - located on Buller Street in East Looe, just 100 yards from the quayside. High Tide serves some of the finest & freshest seafood, shellfish & seafood, along with a curated wine list - a perfect place to showcase the very best produce from Pengelly’s Fishmongers.
The lunchtime menu is served Noon until 3pm; nibbles & drinks from 3pm - 5pm; and our evening menu from 5pm - 9pm. You can reserve your table online, where you can see our sample lunch & dinner menus too.

Pengelly's Fishmongers of Looe

Looe Lobster Shack
There is no dining experience quite as authentic as Pengelly’s Lobster Shack, where the journey from boat to plate is just a few short steps. Located directly on the quayside, the shack serves up spectacular seafood and shellfish cooked to order in the salt-flecked air.

Looe Sandwich Bar
Located steps from the quayside in East Looe, our Sandwich Bar offers a wide selection of subs & sandwiches, hot & cold drinks to take away. Perfect for a grab & go lunch, beach or boat trip picnic.
Of course, you’ll find classic fillings, in addition to sea-side favourites including our handpicked crab, which comes from our Fishmongers, just steps away along the quayside.

Pengelly's Fishmongers of Tavistock
Bringing the spirit of the Atlantic to the heart of Devon, the Fishmongers in Tavistock offers a direct link to the day’s landings in Looe. This shop serves as a haven for seafood lovers in the historic market town, providing the same high-standard, sustainably caught fish that the Pengelly name is known for.
From pristine fillets to their legendary crab meat, the selection is curated to bring coastal freshness to the moors. Our Tavistock shop is centrally located in the Town’s vibrant retail area, and just steps from the famous Panier Market.
