All Shellfish
When it comes to shellfish - here in Cornwall we have some of the finest you will find anywhere in the UK - with lobster, crab & scallops coming from Looe Bay and caught by our local fleet. Oysters from north Cornwall, mussels from St. Austell Bay on the south Coast… the only thing that is not Cornish, are our range of prawns & crayfish which we source from trusted importers.
